UCHC Announces Men's Weekly Award Winners for Week 2

ROCHESTER, NY- The United Collegiate Hockey Conference is pleased to announce its weekly award winners for the second week of the 2017-18 season. As conference play opened this weekend, Elmira's Nick Ford and Stevenson's Jordan Watt wasted little time stacking up the points, and their exploits have made them our first-ever Co-Players of the Week. Utica goaltender Patrik Virtanen makes his first appearance of the year after a win over Nazareth, and Stevenson's Houston Wilson rounds out our group as the Rookie of the Week. This week's awards are based off of NCAA regulation games for the time period from Monday, October 30th, to Sunday, November 5th.

UCHC conference awards are published weekly throughout the playing season, save for a short break for the end of December, when there are no games scheduled.
