PITTSTON, PA – The Lebanon Valley Women's Ice Hockey team shutout King's and Abby Radcliffe netted a pair of goals to lift the Dutchmen to a 2-0 win over King's in UCHC and MAC play on Friday evening. The Dutchmen improve to 3-6, 2-5 UCHC while the Monarchs fall to 0-9, 0-7 UCHC.
How It Happened
- Just before the midway point of the opening period, Abby Radcliffe would get loose and get the Dutchmen on the board off assists from Aurora Spencer and Katie Pounder. LVC would take that 1-0 lead into the locker room after one period.
- In the second, the Monarch had a penalty shot opportunity to try to tie the game by Shelby Guinard stuffed the Monarch shot to keep the Dutchmen ahead 1-0.
- With the score still 1-0 in favor of LVC early in the third period, Radcliffe would find the back of the net for the second time of the game to double the Dutchmen advantage. The LVC defense and Guinard would keep King's off the scoreboard to pick up the 2-0 shutout victory.

- Abby Radcliffe netted a pair of goals to give her four on the season, good for the team lead.
- Aurora Spencer and Katie Pounder each recorded their second assists on the year.
