ROCHESTER, NY – The Nazareth women's hockey team picked up its 10th UCHC win on Saturday, a 7-0 blanking over Stevenson, its second shutout in as many days. With the shutout, Nazareth has now won seven-straight UCHC contests and has not allowed a goal in 345 minutes of action. Abby Flanagan added a pair of goals, while Delaney Carle added three assists.
With the win, Nazareth is 11-2 overall and a perfect 10-0 in league play, while Stevenson falls to 5-7 and 3-5, respectively.
Prior to the game, Nazareth honored the 2022 alumni class that helped the Golden Flyers win its first-ever UCHC Championship.

The Golden Flyers first goal of the game came with just one minute remaining in the opening period. Julia Holmes ripped a shot and Nikolle Van Stralen put in the rebound in the powerplay.
A four-goal barrage by the Golden Flyers in the second was started by Flanagan at 1:41 on an unassisted goal.
Nearly five minutes later, Audrey Donahue notched her second of the season on a wrister that deflected off a Mustangs defender before going into the net.
Nazareth's fourth goal came on the power play with less than seven minutes left in the period off a wrister from Holmes, assisted from Makenna Wiljanen.
The final goal of the period came just over a minute later as Morgan Leuenberger cashed in on an opportunity right in front of the goal.
Flanagan netted her team-leading 10th goal of the season in the third on a re-direction in front of the net. She is now tied with Wiljanen for the team-lead in goals.
The final goal of the game came on a breakaway from Maggie Pfalzgraf.
MaÏka Paquin picked up her fourth shutout of the season with a season-high 12 saves.
Nazareth will travel to Hamilton on Tuesday for a 3 p.m. contest.
