ROCHESTER, NY - Nazareth finishes off the semester with a tie against No. 5 Hamilton on Friday night. Nazareth goals were scored by Mathieu Fehr and Antoine Lucier. They now sit at 7-4-1 at the break.
How It Happened:
- Just over nine minutes in, Hamilton would strike first with an even strength goal to take a 1-0 lead.
- Hamilton would lead in shots 14-8 after the first period
- At 5:01 of the 2nd frame, freshman Mathieu Fehr would get his 2nd of the season to tie the game at 1-1. Matthew Herb picked up an assist on the play.
- 10 minutes later, Antoine Lucier would give the Golden Flyers the lead 2-1, the goal was assisted by Ryan Parent and Mark Meinecke.
- Early into the 3rd period, Hamilton would tie it up, 2-2.
- That would be the only goal scored in the 3rd period and Hamilton would lead 56-23 in shots through 60 minutes.
- Overtime would solve nothing and the game would end in a 2-2 tie

- Goaltender Mason Joseph made 52/54 saves
