UCHC Men’s Programs Shine at Semester Break of the 2024-25 Season

The United Collegiate Hockey Conference has several teams and individuals near the top of several statistical leaderboards as the first semester of the 2024-25 season has come to a close. Action resumes on Jan. 4, 2025, Manhattanville University hosts two-time defending NCAA Champion, No. 1 ranked Hobart College. League play resumes on Jan. 17-18, 2025.
 
UCHC newcomer SUNY Geneseo is ranked No. 3 in the latest USCHO.com Division III national poll and leads the league standings with 22 points. The Knights are one of just two Division III teams (Hobart) to enter the semester break with a loss in 2024-25. They are 10-0-1 overall and 7-0-1 in UCHC play.
 
Utica University, who is ranked fourth in the most recent USCHO.com Division III national poll, is 9-2-1 overall and a 6-1-1 in league play to date, having garnered 20 points. The Pioneers have scored 58 goals in 12 contests this season.
 
Manhattanville University and Nazareth University are tied for third in the league standings with 10 points apiece, while Chatham University and SUNY Brockport will look to move up the standings during the second half of the season.
Utica leads Division III institutions in average home attendance with 3,264 fans per game, while Geneseo is sixth nationally in home attendance.
