RYE, NY - The Arcadia University men's ice hockey team took down Manhattanville, 3-2, on Friday night at Playland Ice Casino. The Knights scored three goals in the second period to push them to the victory.
Eight players recorded a point for Arcadia, including Nathan Bottles who was the only Knight to register a multi-point game, dishing out two assists. Kale Lone, Dylan Florit and Halen Cookston were the goal scorers for Arcadia.
Goaltender Jeb Lindy picked up his first career win as he made 34 saves, and registered a .944 save percentage.

The Valiants scored the only goal of the first period as they took a 1-0 lead into the first intermission.

Florit tied the game at one for the Knights. The goal is his fourth of the season. Lone gave Arcadia the lead with his second goal of the season and Cookston gave the Knights a two-goal lead with his third goal of the season. The Knights three goals were over a span of just over five minutes. Manhattanville scored a goal two minutes later to get within one.

Lindy made 16 saves in the third period to keep the Valiants off the board to seal the 3-2 win for the Knights.
