WILKES-BARRE, PA – Three second period goals from Harrison Dumas, Logan Tobias and Blake Frost helped Nazareth earn a much-needed 3-0 victory over King's (Pa) College on Friday night. It was Nazareth's third conference victory and improves it to 4-10-2 and 3-6-2 in UCHC play. King's falls to 6-10 and 5-6, respectively.

Raphael Provencher finished with his first shutout of the season, making 23 saves.

It was an even first period with both squads going 0-2 on the power play and shots even at 14 apiece.

On the power play, Nate Mann backhanded a shot off the goalie's pad, that Harrison Dumas put home to the far side to make it 1-0 with just over 14 minutes left on the clock.

Two minutes later, the Golden Flyers lit the lamp again. Liam Beaudoin won a battle behind the net before Logan Tobias cashed in in to make it 2-0. Cole Beuaman also picked up an assist on the play.

The goal barrage for the second continued with Blake Frost with under nine minutes to play. Forst had a wraparound attempt saved before jamming it into the goal.
