UCHC Weekly Awards – November 24, 2025

The United Collegiate Hockey Conference is pleased to announce its weekly award winners, released on November 24, 2025, for games played from November 17-November 23. The UCHC weekly awards program highlights the top performances from around the conference over each week of the regular season. It is the fourth UCHC weekly honors release of the 2025-26 season. 
 
UCHC MEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Michael Roby, Chatham, Jr., F, Philadelphia, PA
Roby scored four goals and was plus-3 in a 1-1 weekend for the Cougars. In Friday night's game, Roby completed the hat trick in Chatham's 5-4 victory in overtime. He tied the game at 4-4 in the final minute of regulation and completed the comeback, scoring the game-winning goal 2:58 in overtime on a 2-on-1 rush. Roby also scored Chatham’s lone goal on Saturday. He has eight goals in eight games this season and six goals and one assist in four UCHC contests to date.

UCHC WOMEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Amy Laskowski, Nazareth, So., F, Clarendon Hills, IL/Hinsdale Central
Laskowski led the No. 5 Golden Flyers to a pair of conference wins over UCHC rival St. John Fisher, lighting the lamp five times in two games, tallying the game-winner in both contests, as Nazareth is now 8-0-0 on the season. On Friday, Laskowski broke a 2-2 tie, scoring on a nifty move in front of the net with 10:03 left in regulation to lead the Golden Flyers to a 3-2 win. On Saturday, Laskowski scored Nazareth’s first four goals, all in the first 29:48 of game play, in an eventual 6-0 win. She tied the Nazareth single-game mark with four goals. Laskowski leads the UCHC with 12 goals and 18 points in eight games this season. It is her second UCHC weekly honor of the season.
 
UCHC MEN’S GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK – Kyle Curtin, Utica, Sr., G, St. George, Ontario
Curtin was perfect over the weekend, stopping all 62 shots he faced in a pair of identical 3-0 road shutouts at UCHC foe Manhattanville, as Utica improved to 4-0 in league play. Curtin kept out 62 shots, 33 on Friday and 29 on Saturday, making several key saves to keep the Valiants off the scoreboard. Thanks to his impressive weekend, Curtin boosted his season save percentage to .929 and lowered his season GAA to 2.01. The pair of shutouts were Utica’s first since the 2024 UCHC Tournament, where they held Nazareth and Alvernia scoreless in the quarterfinals and semifinals, respectively. 
 
UCHC WOMEN’S GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK – Olivia Cimorelli, Manhattanville, So., G, West Deptford, NJ
Cimorelli earned her first two wins of the season in the crease with a pair of strong showings against Chatham, stopped 38-of-40 total shots for a .950 save percentage. In Friday's 2-1 win against the Cougars, she made 17 saves and held Chatham to one goal to capture Manhattanville's first victory of the year. On Saturday Cimorelli made 21 more saves against Chatham, allowing just one goal.
 
UCHC MEN’S CO-ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Paul Dalessio, Nazareth, Fr., G, Burlington, MA
Dalessio was sensational between the pipes on Saturday, as he stopped 43-of-44 shots and allowed just one goal to earn his first collegiate win, 2-1 at No. 6 SUNY Geneseo. Dalessio made 13 first period stops, 12 in the second period and was 18-for-18 in the final frame, as Geneseo out-shot Nazareth 18-3 over the final 20 minutes of play.
 
UCHC MEN’S CO-ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Ian Vandenberg, Nazareth, Fr., G, Ottawa, Ontario
Vandenberg led Geneseo to a 2-1 road win over Nazareth on Friday afternoon, tallying 38 saves on 39 shots in goal. Vandenberg's performance was highlighted by 21 saves in the first period. He also stopped eight second period shots and nine more in the third period to help lead Geneseo to a key UCHC victory.

UCHC WOMEN’S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Amber Meluzio, Elmira, Fr., F, York, PA
Meluzio helped lead the Soaring Eagles to a weekend sweep over UCHC rival Utica, recording a goal and an assist, with a plus-2 rating. On Friday, Meluzio assisted on Elmira’s first goal of the contest in the first period, an eventual 3-1 win. Meluzio broke a 1-1 tie with the game-winning tally with 5:36 left in regulation, as Elmira rallied for a 2-1 road victory.
