2024-25 UCHC Women’s Championship All-Tournament Team Announced; Ivey Lyden of Nazareth Named MVP

The UCHC announced its 2024-25 Women’s Championship All-Tournament Team following the title game on Saturday, March 8. Senior forward Ivey Lyden of league champion Nazareth University was named the UCHC Tournament Most Valuable Player after leading the Golden Flyers to their fourth consecutive league title following a 3-2 overtime win over Utica University. Lyden was one of five Nazareth student-athletes to earn All-Tournament Team honors.
 
Nazareth goaltender McKinley Hoff, along with defebseman Sami Quackenbush and forwards Abby Flanagan and Amy Laskowski joined Lyden on the All-Tournament Team.

Lyden, the 2025 UCHC Tournament MVP, scored the game-winning goal just 1:19 into overtime to lift the Golden Flyers to the dramatic win over Utica and earn the UCHC's automatic qualifier into the NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Championship Tournament. She was also named to the 2024 UCHC Championship All-Tournament Team.

Quackenbush scored a goal and an assist and was plus-3 in Nazareth's 5-0 win over No. 4 Chatham University in the semifinals. Flanagan scored Nazareth's second goal and assisted on Lyden's overtime winner in the title game against Utica, while Laskowski, the 2025 UCHC co-Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year, had two goals and an assist in two UCHC Tournament contests. Hoff, the 2024 UCHC Tournament MVP, stood tall once again in 2025, stopping 24-of-26 shots in two tournament games. She made 20 saves in the title game win over Utica.
 
Graduate student defenseman Madison Novotny and classmate Carly Stefanini, a forward from from UCHC runner-up Utica University were also named to the All-Tournament Team. Novotny, who was also named to the All-Tournament Team last season, had a goal and an assist in Utica's 3-0 semifinal win over No. 3 seed Manhattanville University, while Stefanini scored Utica's first goal and assisted on Kelsey Elliott's goal that tied the game at 2-2 in the UCHC Championship game.

ABOUT THE UNITED COLLEGIATE HOCKEY CONFERENCE
The United Collegiate Hockey Conference is a collaborative effort to provide a competitive environment and structure for NCAA Division III men's and women's ice hockey in the Eastern United States.
