The United Collegiate Hockey Conference is pleased to announce its weekly award winners, released on February 24, 2025, for games played from February 17– February 23, 2025. The UCHC weekly awards program highlights the top performances from around the conference over each week of the regular season. It is the 14th and final UCHC weekly honors release of the 2024-25 season. 
 
UCHC MEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Johnny Mulera, Utica, Gr., F, Rockville, MD
Mulera scored three goals in a weekend sweep over Manhattanville to help the Pioneers earn their eighth-straight UCHC Regular Season Title. Mulera scored pair of key goals in Friday's 5-1 win on home ice. On Saturday, Mulera netted the eventual game winner while on a power play to give the Pioneers a 3-2 victory and secure them the number one seed in this season's UCHC Tournament.
 
UCHC WOMEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Jordan Kowalaski, Utica, Sr., F, Chicopee, MA
Kowalski scored four goals in a standout weekend for the Pioneers in their weekend sweep over Chatham to end the regular season. Kowalaski secured her second career hat-trick on Friday, netting three straight goals to push the Pioneers to victory. She also notched a score in Saturday's showdown, cementing a four-goal weekend to cap off her stellar senior campaign. It is Kowalski’s third UCHC weekly honor of 2024-25.
 
UCHC MEN’S GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK – Ryan Piros, Utica, Fr., G, Hartland, MI
Piros made 37 saves on 40 shots to help the Pioneers earn two key victories over Manhattanville this past weekend. He improved his record to 11-1-1 on the season since joining the team in early January. Piros recorded a .925 save percentage over the weekend in helping Utica clinch its eighth-straight UCHC Regular season Championship. It is his second UCHC weekly accolade of the season.
 
UCHC WOMEN’S GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK – McKinley Hoff, Nazareth, Gr., G, Anchorage, AK
In the 9-0 win on Friday over Manhattanville, Hoff had eight total saves and a shutout. In the 3-1 win over Manhattanville on Saturday, Hoff had 19 total saves, including 14 in the third period. It is Hoff’s sixth UCHC weekly honor of the season.

UCHC MEN’S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Charles Ross, Nazareth, Fr., D, Des Peres, MO
Ross scored twice and added an assist in a weekend split against No. 5 SUNY Geneseo had Nazareth's lone goal in the 9-1 loss to Geneseo on Friday. In the 7-4 win over Geneseo on Saturday, Ross had another goal and an assist. It is Ross’ second UCHC weekly honor of the season.
 
UCHC WOMEN’S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Brooke Judkiewicz, Nazareth, Fr., F, East Concord, NY
Judkiewicz had a four-point weekend in the weekend sweep against Manhattanville. In the 9-0 shutout on Friday, Judkiewicz scored Nazareth's third goal and assisted on the second and seventh goals. In the 3-1 win on Saturday, she assisted on the Golden Flyers' third goal. She also won eight faceoffs on Friday and 10 on Saturday.
 
ABOUT THE UNITED COLLEGIATE HOCKEY CONFERENCE
The United Collegiate Hockey Conference is a collaborative effort to provide a competitive environment and structure for NCAA Division III men's and women's ice hockey in the Eastern United States.
